1. What payment method does accept?

we accept PayPal 、Credit Card and Western Union .

2. When will my PayPal be charged?

Once you confirm the order and complete payment on PayPal's page, you'll get charged.

3. What taxed will I be charged?

our site is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments. Tariff is not included in the final price on the order review page.

4. What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please refer to details in Return Policy.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, customers are responsible for the taxes or unexpected local problems.

6. What is the shipping fee?

We offer standard shipping only, the actual cost depends on the actual weight of products in your order. You could see the shipping fee on the checkout page.

7. I just placed an order, how to track my parcel?

Once shipped, the tracking number will be updated. Please log in your account and find it out on order status page.

8. My product is damaged or defective, what do I do?

We would accept exchange or refund if confirmed as non-artificial damage. Please refer to details in Return Policy.

9. What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel it provided that the product is not yet shipped by the warehouse.
